NCJW Sacramento Homelessness Subcommittee

Introducing the NCJW Action-Oriented Homelessness Subcommittee!

Building on the success of our recent Speaker Series event, we are forming a new group to take an active role in addressing homelessness, a critical issue in our community.

We want to be sure that NCJW makes our voices heard, and we believe that the time for action is now. A lot is happening around homelessness in our region, and we can show up and make a difference in many ways.

We are looking for people to join our team! Our goals will be to stay abreast of the pertinent issues, attend city meetings to add our perspective, and partner with other nonprofits in their efforts to combat homelessness. We will:

• Help NCJW establish itself as a leading advocate on this critical issue.
• Connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
• Work with experts and community leaders to develop effective strategies and solutions.
• Be involved in hands-on projects that directly impact the lives of those in our community.
