Registration for this event is now closed. This is due to space limitations at the event site. We appreciate your interest and hope that you’ll stay tuned for another NCJW Speaker Series event in 2024.

We invite you to a roundtable discussion on housing and homelessness featuring key players in the Sacramento region.

Why attend?

  • View short documentary, “The Invisible Homeless” produced by Nick Anderson of Bright Coast Productions and directed by Ian Lee of Jolie Media, that puts a human face on the crisis.
  • Learn how key Sacramento leaders are tackling this problem.
  • Get involved with others who care about this issue.

We are excited to announce that Mayor Darrell Steinberg will represent the City, and County Supervisor Rich Desmond will talk to us from the County’s viewpoint. In addition, Rachel Bereza, Deputy CEO of Sacramento Steps Forward (the most prominent non-profit working on homelessness), and Roberto Jimenez, CEO of Mutual Housing, which develops and manages affordable housing in Sacramento, will also speak.

Admission is free. Donations to NCJW for our work to address homelessness are greatly appreciated.

Our sincere thanks go to our sponsors!
