Organizers and Co-Leaders, Sacramento Chapter of Sisterhood of Salaam Shalom
The Chapter was formed from a united need to bridge the gap between Muslim and Jewish women and grow and learn together. The Sisterhood, based on friendship, learning and understanding, creates a communal standard of understanding through respectful, shared experiences, discussion, relationship building, and social action. In addition to the two current groups, a third group is in the process of formation with equal numbers of Jewish and Muslim women.
